I don't understand why my laon limit shows 86% when I made full payment before the set date which is 24 October 2019.. I think this is not fair..

  Hello,
  
  I think you mean your on-time repayment score.
  That's what I'm currently seeing is at 86%.
  
  I noticed you've made early payments at times,
  and I think you probably don't realize that if a
  borrower ever has paid late, then paying early
  anytime after that has occurred actually hurts
  the on-time repayment score.
  
  Unless the policy has changed... (I haven't seen any announcement about any change to this policy, though)... please be aware that only on-time and late payments go into the calculation of the on-time repayment score.
  Early payments don't get counted in that score calculation, at all.
  
  "On time" at Zidisha is paying exactly on the due date, or within the ten-day grace-period after the due date. (Keep in mind that payment dates and times are according to the U.S.A. Eastern Time-Zone.)
  
  To raise your on-time repayment score, please always make sure to send installments on time (not early, and not late).

I just full repayment of my past loan. And am sorry for the delay, like I said was facing some serious challenges.
But I'm happy at least made repayment before the said that which is October 24.

As I mentioned to you previously, if you haven't received a response in the Forum to your inquiry after three business days (which are Monday through Friday, U.S.A. Eastern Time-Zone), and if you also haven't seen a refund after that amount of time either, then you can post a new message in the *same* forum thread to remind the Director that you need her to look into your issue for you.

I gather you don't currently have any options with a text-box available at the HELP link in your account for sending a private message to the Staff to request a refund of the duplicate Premium Membership Fee you said you paid? (If you do have that, though, that would be the preferred method of contacting the Staff about a refund.)

I just did a premium membership payment again, I know I did this the first time I joined Zidisha, But I saw the message when I wanted to check for credit limit and I payed again...

  You shouldn't have to pay the Premium Membership Fee more than once. Please post in the "Borrower Questions" section of the Forum, where the Director will see your message that there probably is a technical error affecting your account and that you will need a refund issued to you. You likely won't receive a response, but she will see your message there. Just keep checking your account from time to time to find out when the issue has been resolved. Anytime more than three business days have passed without a response or any resolution to the problem, then you can post again in the Forum (in a new message, in the same thread as before) to remind her that you need her attention about this matter.

Well am sorry for not meeting up with my payment last Sunday on the 8th of September but still I just made full repayment of my loan, I hope I still qualify for the increase because I still met the 99% criteria for increase.

      Yes people do eat it a lot in this part of the world. Infact it's one of the most expensive white meat with a lot of nutrients the body needs

I couldn't make the initial payment of #6539 because of late payment from my customers so I pay in the half payment of the said amount but promise to make prompt payment before the next day of payment.. or may be pay up the total balance .

Good day Mr Paul Buchheit, again am very grateful for the loan assistance I received yesterday again. My credit limit was #13077 and after taking off the Loan risk fee and there 5% loan interest from it I was supposed to get #9850 but they still asked me to pay for Loan Expediting which dedocted from the said amount of #9850 dedocted amount for expediting loan was #670. So I only got #9150 please can you help me tell them that the loan risk didoction is too much...
