  Lenders cannot assist with anything administrative. Like borrowers, we merely create an account on the platform (in our case, to upload funds to help borrowers, which the Zidisha Team Staff then manages; currently the Zidisha Team Staff consists of just two (2) people: www.zidisha.org/team - to contact them privately, send a message through the HELP link in your account). The Zidisha Team Staff is the intermediary between the borrowers and the lenders, and only they can help you with anything administrative. That said, please be patient. Zidisha loans often cannot be disbursed instantaneously. I have seen it sometimes take even one month or longer. However, I hope you will receive your net disbursement soon.

how long will it take for the loan to be disbursed since it was fully funded yesterday evening but I haven't got any

  "How long will it take for me to receive my loan?"
  Unfortunately, the website states the following:
  "As we are not always able to guarantee immediate
  disbursement, we do not recommend using Zidisha
  for time-sensitive emergency loans."
