  Jesse, the types of comments you've been posting here don't belong here, but rather belong in the "Borrower Questions" section of the Forum, or on a support ticket which possibly can be created from the HELP link in your account, in order to communicate with Zidisha's Staff, a/k/a Team. Click here to see the two people who currently are on Zidisha's Staff/Team: www.zidisha.org/team. They are the only people who have any control over the issues you mentioned. Although those two people also happen to be lenders on the Zidisha platform, most of Zidisha's lenders are *not* on the Staff.
  
  This Discussion page is mainly for you to communicate with your lenders about the progress of your projects, and your life in general (and theirs, too, if they wish to share). It also is a place for your Volunteer Mentor to post messages for you and/or for your lenders. But it *isn't* meant as a place to try to reach the Staff. To send a note for them to see, you always would need to click on the HELP link in your account.

  I understand your frustration, but as I mentioned to you previously, lenders on the platform cannot help with anything technical or administrative.
  
  The lenders here have no power to decide when or if any borrower can post a loan request, and they do not expire loan requests. The only way a loan request gets expired is one of two ways: the borrower himself or herself expires it, or the system expires it automatically according to algorithms programmed into the system by the Staff, a/k/a the Team (whom you can see here: www.zidisha.org/team).
  
  When a borrower can post a loan request also is determined automatically by algorithms programmed into the system by the Staff.
  
  Almost all functions on the Zidisha platform are done automatically according to algorithms.
  
  To send a note to the Staff, you would need to click on the HELP link in your account, because they almost never visit these borrower-lender Discussion pages.

  Your lenders can't help with anything administrative or technical. Please use the HELP link in your account to communicate with the Staff, a/k/a the Team (whom you can see here: www.zidisha.org/team). Please be aware that they almost never visit these borrower-lender Discussion pages, so anytime you want to communicate with them, you would need to use the HELP link in your account. Thank you.

what's going on with this Lender? I have cleared my loan within 24 hours of which i was giving the loan. because it as solved the purpose i needed it for. Now am applying for another loan, my loan request not granted.
