I'm sorry to hear what happened; however, lenders are not able to help borrowers with anything technical or administrative. Like borrowers, we merely create an account on the platform (in our case, to upload funds to help borrower projects we select, and then the Zidisha Staff handles everything from there). Please carefully read the information provided below, to understand better, and to learn how to contact the Staff.

The public Discussion pages in borrower accounts
are *not* an alternative way to reach the Zidisha Team (a/k/a Staff).

The public Discussion pages in borrower accounts are for communications between lenders and borrowers about their businesses and their lives in general. (These pages also are for VMs to post comments for the borrower and/or for the borrower's lenders.)

Please remember what it states in the FAQs:
"Whom should I contact with questions or concerns?"
"You may contact the Volunteer Mentor whose phone number is displayed in your Zidisha account. You may also post questions and comments in our Member Forum to request a response from the Zidisha community. IF YOU NEED DIRECT ASSISTANCE FROM ZIDISHA STAFF, YOU MAY USE THE HELP PAGE OF YOUR ACCOUNT TO SEND US A MESSAGE." [emphasis added]

The HELP link in your account is the way to reach the Staff, as they rarely ever visit borrower Discussion pages. (Replies in the Forum also are rare, except from other community members--borrowers and lenders--but borrowers and lenders cannot help with anything administrative.)

When you click on the HELP link, look at the drop-down list of help topics and find one with a text-box for typing a private message to the Staff.

Please also keep in mind that there currently are only two (2) people on the Staff (www.zidisha.org/team). So, after sending a private inquiry to them via the HELP link, borrowers have to remain patient and just have to keep checking their account to find out when their issue has been resolved.

We lenders have a HELP link in our accounts, too. Just like borrowers, we have to be patient to wait for replies from the Zidisha Staff, as well.

I hope you soon will receive the assistance you're seeking from the Staff.

Am very disappointed man on earth today. I have been a loyal Zidisha customer and begun by borrowing 50 and paid 52 Bob,later I applied 10,000 and paid 10,554. Have to borrow another loan and it failed me after I have paid a total of 2,000 Kenyan shillings only to be told I can't get a loan. How? Why did you gave me at first? Am so much disappointed and need a refund of 2,000 shillings into my Mpesa number 0701817176. I can go for other lenders because you have let me down.

I need to borrow funds but the process is complicating me. It needs premium subscription which have followed the process and am not served. Have even send 1000 to zidisha for subscription through pay bill no. 600201 but no action is taken. Help me please.
