The next time you post a loan request, please post a photo of *yourself* at the very top of your profile page, clearly showing your entire face, centered in the frame. That also would help to ensure that your face would appear centered in the little circle to the left of your name, just above each of your comments here on your Discussion page.

Borrowers are supposed to do that for the second loan request and for each subsequent loan request. (Lenders are not required to post a photo of themselves.)

The system will let you make that change anytime you create a new loan proposal and for as long as it remains in fundraising. You can post other photos farther down on your borrower-lender Discussion page, along with a comment about each photo for your lenders, at any time.

If you encounter any difficulties, you would need to contact the Staff by clicking on the HELP link in your account.

Zidisha should pay your credit risk charge to us.

  Dear Ernest,
  
  It isn't the lenders who charge the Credit-Risk Fee.
  It's Zidisha (i.e., the Director) that charges that fee
  (and all fees).
  
  This is the Staff, a/k/a the Team: www.zidisha.org/team
  Please don't confuse your lenders with the Staff.
  Although the two (2) current members of the Staff
  also are lenders, most lenders *aren't* on the Staff.
  
  Your borrower-lender Discussion page isn't
  the correct place to try to reach them, because
  they almost never visit the Discussion pages
  on any borrower's account.
  
  To send a note to them, please always click on
  the HELP link in your account.
  
  That said, some of us lenders would like to
  have a way provided to us on the platform
  to be able to pay (or to help to pay) the
  Credit-Risk Fee for some of the borrowers
  whom we would choose to help in that way,
  too. That's something, though, that only
  the Director can decide to implement and
  I don't know if that ever would happen,
  but I hear you (the total amount charged
  in fees currently is too high).

The applicant said the credit risk charge is too much since is not refundable so zidisha staff should do something about and promise to paid it in the due date
