hello lenders, I am githaiga Joseph aged 38 years. I am a family man with two kids-two boys. i am currently working with a local organization but also I have side jobs to earn extra income.

My Business

besides a salary I earn from my employer I also have small businesses to supplement on the income. I am engaged in selling cloth items at retail price.i buy new cloths and sell them through my friends and neighbors.basically it's a virtual boutique. Its a fairly new business venture but is able to bring some income and pay some bills.

Loan Proposal

hello all, as you are aware from my.previous loan I managed to buy a tank and installed the drip irrigation kits.my garden is now fully operational. I now plan to expand since I have another piece of land where drip kits have already been installed too. I plan to cover this new piece of land with a greenhouse polyethylene material for increased productivity. I have all the required materials except the UV polyethylene which costs aboit ksh.10000. From the sale of tomatoes due to commence soon I will be comfortable tonpay this loan as required. I also have some savings to add to the loan to buy the polyethylene paper.
I am sure that from the expanded farm,I will be able to feed for my family and also makes small sales from the vegetables and tomatoes. tomatoes are especially very scarce here and a single tomatoe can sell at ksh.20. so the demand for tomatoes and.vegetables is ever high and therefore marketing them wont be a problem. People come to buy from the farms.
