About Me

A father of two boys in Kenya and a small scale business man in the entertainment industry. Been in the business for over three years now and I have been able to fend for my family from the income generated from the business. Though business is low, its still good but going forward seeking to diversify my sources of income and wish to get into property listing.

My Business

I am in the entertainment business where I sell beverages and offer sports entertainment to my customers in the premises. I have benefit immensely from previous funding to increase my inventory levels and as a result have almost completely eliminated cases of stock out and hence my business is much more profitable now.
To supplement my income from my entertainment business, I am in the process of developing a real estate listing to help connect potential tenants and landlords easily, www.jibiwa.co.ke. In addition, the web site will help connect people with technicians in their neighborhood such as plumbers and electrician since sometimes this can be very challenging in Kenya.
I have realized these gaps but with limited start up capital, seek funding for house office desk and chair purchase to get me started on developing the system and fine tuning the business model and concept. These will require about $200 and this go will help to pay part of that cost and the balance raised from savings.

Loan Proposal

To supplement my current income from my entertainment business, I am starting low cost housing listing website (www.jibiwa.co.ke) and due to my limited start up capital, want to just start working on the business from home. Seeking this funding to buy a proper home office desk and seat to get me started. Thank you lenders in advance for your continued support

Mr Githu's previous loan was due to be fully repaid 12 May 2017 - but on 14 April 2017 he made his repayment, along with the next five, paying off the loan. That's right, fully paid off a month early! So if you are going to worry about a loan's regular payments being a bit irregular here and there, chill. If an under 10 yo boy can be patient with his borrower, so can the adults.

Patience pays off - and Patrick I hope your borrowing experience was just as positive as the lender's! Happy to lend to you again!

With the rainy season due in the next 2 to 3 weeks, I need some additional funding to buy more seeds to supplement the ones I have to be ready for planting.

From my entertainment business, I will be able to raise enough cash every week to pay the loan on time. Thanks

Thank you very much to my lenders, I have received the loan of $78 that I will be using to till my farm and buy maize seeds to plant during the current season.
The rainy season is already here and will be getting the land ready and plant immediately and I foresee getting enough harvest for my family use until the next harvest and some extra grains for sale.

Thank you so much for funding my loan. With these resources, I will buy a proper home office desk and table and will be able to work on a cheap rental housing listings website that am working on, www.jibiwa.co.ke. This will go a long way in supplementing my other income and who knows how big it will grow, the sky is the limit.

Thank you very much my lenders for your continued support. I was able to use my just repaid loan to add inventory to my entertainment business. Business has been very slow though due to extended political environment in our country and am diversifying my income by starting a property and technicians listing business.
Thank you in advance for your continued support
