I want to pay a hospital bill for my wife she had an accident, she got burned by a flammable liquid (petrol).She got burned 48% and she has been dismissed from the hospital and now I have half the money to pay for the bill and hence I want you to assist me and give me a loan.

    I keep on trying to reach the staff but it's impossible all I have are 2 pictures of the so-called "staff". There isn't a text box where I can write a private text to the staff and the help link cannot help me because all you will have me do is write my text in forums where anyone can read it. So please update my details to the CRB and do not refer me to the staff because it ain't helping at all. I repaid my loan a few weeks ago and up to date I'm still listed to the CRB and when I contact the CRB I get a response saying, "Zidisha is yet to update us" So see to it that I have been cleared from the CRB. Please respond

      Then, in that case, you will have to post in the Forum to let them know that you don't have any text-box available for sending them a private message. They likely won't reply there (they might, but they usually don't), but they *will* see your message.

      You have to be patient. There currently are only two (2) people on the Staff, while there are 349,000+ members (borrowers and lenders) who each have a HELP link in their account. Always give them *at least* three business days to reply, or to repair your issue.

      Check back in your account again three business days after your message to them appears in the Forum. I know it's frustrating, but there is nothing any lender can do for you. ONLY THE STAFF CAN HELP YOU WITH THE ISSUE YOU ARE ASKING ABOUT (and this isn't the correct place to try to reach them because, as I mentioned, they almost never visit borrower-lender Discussion pages).

      The borrower-lender Discussion pages are intended for borrowers and lenders to discuss your projects and your life in general and theirs, too, if they wish to share. It also is for mentors to post comments for you and/or for your lenders (keep in mind, though, that mentors are not part of the Staff).

      Clicking on the HELP link in your account and following the directions there is the correct way to reach the Staff.

      Please don't post further here about your CRB issue. This isn't the correct place to get help with that. Please follow the directions above, and then please be patient. Thank you.

    I have tried reaching the staff like a million times but all I can find are two pictures of so called "staff", like there isn't an option where I can write to them.

    I have NO OUTSTANDING loan with this organisation yet you have not removed my details from CRB TRANSUNION. I keep on sending you emails so that you update with the CRB but you don't want to. Kindly I beg you update the CRB, I'm having trouble applying for a job because I have been listed to the Credit Reference Bureau. Please respond

    Hi I have reached the staff but my issue has not been solved. Kindly help me in clearing my name to the CRB please. The staff does not want to assist me, I have reached the CRB Transunion and they said Zidisha is yet to update my details. Please help me cause I'm having trouble applying for a job nevertheless I have no outstanding debt with Zidisha but the staff members have refused to update my details to the CRB

      Peter, I'm sorry, but the members of the Staff are the *only* people who can help you. Keep sending messages to them via the HELP link in your account until you get a response. Please be patient. It isn't that they don't want to help you. It's that there currently are only two (2) people on the Staff, while there currently are 345,000+ Zidisha members, and many of them also are contacting the Staff for help. They usually cannot help anyone instantly. I know it's frustrating, but you have to exercise patience. Thank you.

    Peter, lenders don't report anyone to or clear anyone from the CRB;
    the Staff does that.

    Please note that your borrower-lender Discussion page isn't the correct place to try to reach the Staff, because they almost never visit these pages. Thank you.
