About Me

I am a 25 year old adult male from Nairobi, Kenya, a graduant from Egerton University, Njoro. I pursued a degree in Applied Aquatic Sciences though my biggest passion lies in IT specifically software (mobile and PC) development. I’d like one day to be part of Africa’s most promising ICT company which in the meantime I’ll assume is my company. I have some of the biggest aspirations and dreams of ground breaking projects which are yet to be unlocked.

My Business

I own a company by the name of PupilMaxx Technologies which I started in 2020. I specialize in sale of imported electronics and gadgets which are not easy to find in Kenya but have a large demand such as high end PC graphic cards, binoculars and such.
I started off with goods worth $200 and resold them for about $600 Am looking to diversify my business and import more products rather than having to wait till I exhaust my stock before restocking. I would definitely be making more money but the fact that my start up capital is minimal I have to be patient. That is why I seek financial aid.

Loan Proposal

I currently have some orders for Newtonian telescopes which I plan on fulfilling this coming week then I also need to restock very soon because I have almost sold out in a week. Hopefully you guys can support me as I seek to expand my network. Doing deliveries and interacting with customers has really given my business a good platform for growth especially with the numerous referrals that I have been getting.

Income Source

Slowly am building up a good savings account and also business looks really promising. In the event that I get some hiccups in the business during payment I can always repay using my accrued savings.

    I invested in sea shipping as much as possible so as to bring in the largest consignment I can. The supplier for some reason also took 3 weeks before dispatching the consignment. This has ultimately led to the prolonged delay given that even transit takes 30-45 days.
    I just take heart knowing that the package is now sea bond. I gave it my all so am hopeful that this is the breakthrough my business needed.
    As for my investors, sorry for the delay. Really pains me knowing I have dented my trust and also the 100% on time repayment.

    i want to start by thanking everyone who's been supporting me in my business. Last time out I asked for a loan to collect a parcel (telescopes) which I can proudly say I have managed to sell 4 pieces out of 10 in a less than a week. I have also had two clients who've asked for some Newtonian telescopes which I have not started selling but since they have made some down payment then I will immediately import for them this coming week (first week of April).
    There is a large growing number of students who are very interested in astronomy and also nature viewing.

I received my consignment from China and paid for it Business is doing well, am already creating a good reputable store in Nairobi. I just hope that soon I’ll be shipping via sea which is quite cheaper when buying in bulk though I still don’t have the ability but I BELIEVE!

    I received about $28 on the last application. I used the money to cater for motorcycle delivery costs and also collection of a package from my local freight forwarder’s company in Nairobi about $6

    I have approached large retail outlets and the probability of my business being a supplier and I have received positive feedbacks. However, the biggest challenge is delivering in bulk what has been requested.
