I was born and raised up by a single mother. I couldn't afford proper education but by sheer struggles and determination I vowed never to accept to be bound by chains of poverty. I left the village to a nearby town to try to make a life. I met a friend who introduced me to her line of business( cloth selling). after a few years of working under her I decided to launch my own business using the little money I had saved from my salary. I set up a small cloth shop which I run up to now as a sole proprietor.
I sell 2nd hand clothes. my goods are very important since I live in a community which is impoverished and can not afford first hand clothes. I am therefore able to a attend to their clothing needs which is a basic human need. I chose this type of business because I had learned a few trade skills in this line from my friend whom I initially worked for. I basically use 30 thousand Kenya shillings to purchase a bale of clothes from an importer after every month. in return I get a profit of 20 thousands after sale of each bale.I use profits raised to restock my business and cater for my family needs.
Dear lender, if I raise this loan I will pump all the moneys realised into increasing stock of my fruits for making fruit salad. I expect my net profit to increase by35 US dollars per month. This will save my customers from the hustle ofhaving to walk long distances to town for fruit salad.
