Please I need my repayment details carefully studied and reflected. The sum of N11,000 and N600 were deducted from my available balance to my ledger balance in my Fidelity bank account on the 9th and 11th of April and I thought it should be deducted from my repayment sum of N25,268. Please reconcile this and revert soonest. Emmanuel Odimba.

I have just reconciled my account and discovered it is OK. The initial confusion came from the late payment into my account even after disbursement has been done.
The charge on expedite payment is too high and makes nonsense the whole essence of the loan. How can 11,005 be approved and one is getting 7,000 plus? This should be reviewed please.

Regarding my earlier complaint, I forgot to state that when my payments remained in my ledger balance for 3 days, I went to my bank to find out what the issue was.
I was informed that the issue was from Interswitch and that I should come back to the bank if the money in my ledger balance was not reflected in my available balance by 7th January only for me to see a reversal or debit this morning. I want those money credited to my account immediately please.

Good morning and happy new year. I've applied for your loan 3 times and repaid twice. The 3rd one is current.
The first 2 loans were approved and sent to my account but remained in my ledger balance till this morning when it was reversed or debited by your organization.
The only loan that came to my available balance was the 3rd and current loan that I paid to expedite payment.
Does it mean one won't be paid unless payment is made to expedite payment? I don't get what is going on!
I want those 2 loans that I have repaid that was not reflected in my available balance and just reversed or debited this morning paid into my account immediately or I will treat or regard this scheme as a scam or fraud and treat it accordingly.
I need a response and redress immediately.

I just got alert for my last loan now probably because I paid for expedite loan. Meanwhile the 2 previous loans paid to me are still under my ledger balance thereby hindering me from withdrawing it. Can your organization please do something about this so as not to defeat the purpose of this scheme. Thanks

My message thanking the lenders for granting me loan has not been going thereby hindering me from accepting the loan. The loan given to me has remained in my ledger balance thereby making it impossible for me to draw.

I've been àble to use the loans collected so far to pay my energy and data subscription bills. I've been able to purchase accessories to enhance my laptop function optimally.
