  Jonathan, as mentioned previously, please click on the HELP link in your account, find the appropriate subject option, with text-box available for entering the details and sending those privately on a support ticket from within your account to the Staff: www.zidisha.org/team (they almost never visit borrower-lender Discussion pages, so this isn't the correct place to try to reach them).   For your own protection, please never post private information on this public borrower-lender Discussion page, or in the Forum, either. People do that, but they shouldn't! Please only ever send account numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, National Id. Number, etc., *privately* to the Staff, on a support ticket created by typing in a text-box from one of the subject options available in the drop-down list on the HELP page in your account. Thank you.

  Hi, Jonathan. Please click on the HELP link in your account and choose the "payment not credited" option to send the details so the Staff (www.zidisha.org/team) can look into that for you.
  
  Please note that this borrower-lender Discussion page is not the correct place to try to reach the Staff, as they almost never visit these pages.
  
  After you create a support ticket with a private message for the Staff (following the instructions mentioned above), check back on your HELP page after about three business days. You should have a response from them by then. If not, then try re-sending through there again.
  
  Please keep in mind that there currently are only two (2) people on the Staff, while there are 335,000+ Zidisha members. Patience is required.
