About Me

I am Justina Nguhi Kibe, a female of Kenyan Nationality. I am the third born in a family of five. Two sisters and three brothers I live in Thika, Majengo Estate opposite Thika Muslim Primary School House Number 2b in a big building called Alpha house, Plot Number22 I deal with ladies shoes and clothes but mostly my stock is contained mostly with shoes as they are fast moving compared to clothes. I normally sell everyday from 8 am to 5 pm apart from Sundays and holidays, I sell them at Thika main stage, a stage that is the central business district in Thika. I started this business in 2007. After being employed for the past few years and I noticed I was not progressing in being employed, through my little savings I was in a position to rent a stall and purchase ladies shoes. The business has enabled me pay my child school fees as he is pursuing Certified public accounts course and also assist my parents in rural area. I purchase shoes from Eastleigh in Nairobi and for the clothes I buy

My Business

I sell ladies shoes and clothes. I normally get them from Kamukunji and Eastleigh in Nairobi. My shop at Thika main stage is at a good view and located at an upward area such that most people get to see my products, being in this business I have always been in a position to always move with fashion, and therefore anything that is in fashion it never misses in my stock. About the old stock I normally sell them at cost and thus escaping incurring losses. I always give a good bargain to my customers such that this customer will always stick to my shop whenever she/he needs shoes or clothes. The business is indeed profitable as just a pair of shoe can fetch me a minimum of 350 in profit on the lower side. When it comes to clothes they give me a better profit than a pair of shoe as I always gather a profit of at least 500Ksh in very cloth that I sell. hi lenders, i want to thank you in advance for giving me an opportunity to post my loan at this platform of zidisha, i thank for always trusting me with your money for three consecutive times always funding my projects whenever i post them. i always count it as a blessing to have you in my life.
the loan which you will fund me am planning to use it as follows,
1. 60% of this loan i am going to increase my stock of lady shoes, this will include the plastic made shoes which sell at a cheaper price than the other shoes, i will buy this in bulk commodity so as to save on transport rather than each time going for small quantity which in the other hand will increase transport expenses, i will also buy dolly shoes which goes for a double value than the plastic shoes, they also fetch me a good income and therefore i cant do business without including them, am so much concerned with the lady shoes as they are fast moving than the ladys shoes and they are more affordable than the mens shoes.
2. 20% of this loan i will give it to a children home in thika town called hope community centre , this children home holds children who are orphans and also less fortunate in life, i pledged to this children home last year that i will be a committee in their foundation of making a less fortunate child a smile and giving education. i believe in doing this i will promote education in one way or another, i believe in giving more than being given, i kindly request you that we hold hands together and help this children.

3. 20% of the remaining loan i will add it to my savings and renew my business licence as per the county regulatory.
