Introduce yourself to lenders.I Jane Mueni I went to school but left to get married at Form 2. We later divorced and I went to Nairobi where I began my business with KSH 100 bob by buying sukuma wiki at KES 50 bob and tomatoes at 50Ksh. This was in 1995. I continued until I owned a retail shop.
I own 4 acre land tilt and have planted mangoe trees , pawpaw trees, passion fruit trees, avocado trees and orange trees and plant seasonally maize, peas, beans, arrow roots, cassava etc. In a year I can earn KSH 200,000. I use the profit to educate my last born in a private school.I have been developing the area since is a semi arid area
Hello! I intend to borrow a loan from you to enable me dig some lines of terraces/trenches on my land. It is approaching dry season and since we did not have a good harvest due to shortage of rain I saw it a good method of water catchment. All your money will go on improving productivity of my land. We usually subdivide the trenches to around 8 meters portion where a casual laborer works for Usd 3 per portion. My budget is at least Usd150. The money wont be enough but I will supplement the remainder from my cereals sale. I will be able to employ at least 5 men on casual basis like for a week and hence help feed the society, educate their children and so on. Thank you
