This platform is the most powerful and easy to use, i would need another lender to provide me another loan to support my bid on my education & i would gladly appreciate to spend every coin in settling my college fees, my house rent. I know the funding will help me surpass into graduating in the next coming years.
    Thank you.

"Re: For the past years I haven't benefited from your loans & for the first time wanted a real loan..."

Again, this is another comment you should be sending to the Staff.
Please click on the HELP link in your account and send a note to them, because the ordinary lenders *don't* determine the credit limits here.

Please take the time to read closely the information I posted for you yesterday, as well as the additional information I'm posting for you today
      (see below).

      Thank you.

Please take the time to carefully read the information in this post,
to better understand how Zidisha currently operates:

This page (your borrower-lender Discussion page) *isn't* the correct place to be sending a note to the Staff, a.k.a. "the Team": www.zidisha.org/team, because they almost never visit the Discussion page of any individual borrower.

Please don't confuse the ordinary lenders with the Staff.
      The two (2) current members of the Staff also are lenders;
however, most lenders *aren't* on the Staff.

The Staff is the intermediary between the ordinary lenders and the borrowers. Among many other tasks that the Staff members handle, they disburse our money to you, they retain their fees (for running the platform) from the money that some of us ordinary lenders contributed from our own household funds to fully fund your loan, they collect the installment payments from you (which, over time, add up to the Principal Amount of your loan, which is equal to the Net Disbursement that was sent to you, plus the Fees that you owe) and then the Staff sends that money back into the accounts of the ordinary lenders who helped to fully fund your loan.

Then, some of those ordinary lenders choose to withdraw their money from the platform and not lend again, and other of those lenders choose to continue to log in, from time to time, whenever they feel like it, to re-lend their repaid household money to help fund some more borrowers' projects that they select from the "Browse Projects" section of Zidisha's website.

The following are the purposes of your borrower-lender Discussion page:

      - It's where you update the ordinary lenders about your projects and your life in general. Your ordinary lenders also may share with you here on this page about their lives in general, as well, if they wish. (Rarely, one or more Staff lenders also contributes some of their own household money to the platform to help fund a borrower's loan. If/when that happens for you, then of course you would be updating them here on this page, as well. However, apart from that rare occurrence, you shouldn't ever be trying to reach any Staff member here on your borrower-lender Discussion page.)

      - This page also is an additional means of contact for VMs to send you a message, and it's a place where VMs can communicate with your ordinary lenders. (Please keep in mind that VMs *aren't* on the Staff, and that their contact information is provided to you on a behind-the-scenes screen in your account.)

      - And it's a location for you to tell the ordinary lenders anytime you want to adjust your payment schedule and why. (Keep in mind that you are not asking their permission and you are not asking them to adjust it for you, as the ordinary lenders cannot adjust your installment amount for you. You have to adjust that yourself; and then, when you post your comment here about it, you are merely *informing* your lenders that you have done so, and why.) (If you ever are unable to adjust your installment amount, then you would need to contact the Staff via the HELP link in your account.)

      - Additionally, this page is a location to tell your lenders about a payment you made that didn't get posted after three business days... (in that case, you would tell them just the date and amount paid, and you would send all of the other details to the Staff on a "payment not posted" support ticket created from the HELP link in your account).

We ordinary lenders don't determine when any borrower can post a loan request, we don't determine credit limits, we don't charge the Fees, we don't send the Net Disbursement to any borrower, we don't process the borrowers' installment payments, we don't send reminder notices to borrowers, we don't contact anyone on any borrower's reference list when a borrower's installment payment is late (or at any other time), we don't report borrowers to the C.R.B. in the borrower's country, etc., etc., etc. All of that (and more) is handled by the Staff.

Always keep in mind that your borrower-lender Discussion page *isn't* intended as a location for communicating with the Staff.

To send a note to the Staff, please always click on the HELP link in your account.

      Thank you.

Note that anytime you're directed from the HELP link to post in the public Forum, please keep the following in mind:

      - The "Announcements" section is where the Director makes announcements about policy changes.

      - The "Open Forum" section is a place where Zidisha members (borrowers and lenders) can ask policy questions and can make policy suggestions to the Director.*

*Alternatively, any Zidisha member who has an option at the HELP link in their account to send a private message to the Director on a support ticket, and/or any Zidisha member who knows Zidisha's current email address, can send policy questions and/or policy suggestions to the Director via one of those means, instead.

      - The "Lender Questions" section is for any lender to ask for help with any problems occurring in his or her lender account.**

**Alternatively, lenders can create a support ticket from the HELP link in their account, anytime there's an option there to send a private message to the Staff.

      - The "Borrower Questions" section is for any borrower to ask for help with problems occurring in his or her borrower account.***

***No sensitive information ever should be posted in the public Forum, though, because those pages are visible to the world, just as these public borrower-lender Discussion pages are, too.

***Sensitive information, such as account number, phone numbers, email addresses, physical address, etc., as well as any inquiry about becoming a volunteer mentor, or any request for a refund, or to send all of your payment details about a payment submitted but not credited after three days, etc., always should be sent privately to the Staff on a support ticket... whenever there's a subject option available at the HELP link in your account to create a support ticket.****

(Note that it's fine and advisable to post a note here on your public borrower-lender Discussion page to let your lenders know just the date and amount a payment was made after three days if it hasn't appeared publicly on your account by then, but all other payment details should be sent privately to the Staff on a "payment not posted" support ticket created from the HELP link in your account.)

****If there isn't any option to create a support ticket to send privately to the Staff (as there sometimes unfortunately isn't), then you would need to post in the "Borrower Questions" section of the Forum to ask the Staff to provide you with a way to contact them privately when you need to send them some sensitive information.

      - The "Random" section is for posting about any NON-Zidisha topic, as long as it also doesn't violate any of the Forum Guidelines.

(Note that Zidisha members always should click on the
"Forum Guidelines" tab and read what's posted there before posting anything anywhere in the public Forum, to learn what content is prohibited according to the Guidelines, other than what's also mentioned above.)

(A final note about the Forum is that although the Staff does read the messages there every day, and although they sometimes do reply there, replies from the Staff are rare. Instead, you need to keep checking your account to find out when they've resolved whatever issue you've posted about. If it isn't resolved after about a week or so, you should post again about your issue--in the *same* thread as before--to remind them that your issue is still pending.)
