  No problem. I realize you didn't know. I was only informing you, for future reference.
  
  There should be a HELP link in your account. Click on that. Then, check the help topics available in a drop-down list. Some of the topics will refer you to the public Forum, but a few of the topics each should have a text-box available for you to create a support ticket by typing a private message to the Staff. If that's not the case in your account, you should report that probable technical error in the "Borrower Questions" section of the Forum. The Staff would see it there, but being only two people, they rarely ever reply there, so you would just need to keep checking your account to find out when the problem has been resolved.
  
  If you have a questions that other Zidisha members (borrowers or lenders) possibly could answer, you could post it in the Forum and maybe someone who knows the answer would answer. For your own protection, though, don't post any sensitive information (account numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, physical address, Id. Number, etc.) on this Discussion page or anywhere in the Forum because all of those pages are public. Only ever send private information via a private transmission to the Staff.

  Nickson, this Discussion page is fully PUBLIC,
  the same as the Forum is fully PUBLIC, too.
  
  Borrowers never ever ever ever should post *any*
  sensitive information (account numbers, email
  addresses, phone numbers, physical address,
  date of birth, National Id. Number, etc.) on their
  Discussion page, in the Forum, or on *any*
  PUBLIC pages on the Internet.
  
  Please *only* ever send that type of information
  PRIVATELY to the Staff. This is for your own
  protection against identity theft.
  
  *Please* delete the images of your Id. Card
  from your public Discussion page a.s.a.p.!!
