    Please don't confuse the ordinary lenders with the Staff (a.k.a. the Team).
    This is the Staff, a.k.a. the Team: www.zidisha.org/team.
    Although the two (2) current members of the Staff also are lenders,
    most lenders *aren't* on the Staff.

    Only the Staff can help with anything technical and/or administrative.

    The Staff (a.k.a. the "Team": www.zidisha.org/team)
    on the Zidisha platform functions as the intermediary
    between the lenders and the borrowers.

    To send a note to the Staff, please always click on the HELP link in your account, instead of posting here on your borrower-lender Discussion page,
    because the Staff almost never visits this page.

    Please keep in mind that when you do send a note to the Staff in the correct location where they do visit daily, you still probably wouldn't receive an
    individual reply from them to your message, as there currently are only
    two (2) people on the Staff, while there are hundreds of thousands of
    Zidisha members (borrowers and lenders).

    Rest assured, though, that the Staff *does* see all of the messages sent to them each day from the HELP link that appears in all borrower and lender accounts. It's just that it's usually necessary to keep checking your account to find out when they've resolved your issue.

    Please note that for any subject options at the HELP link in your account that direct you to post in the Forum, remember that just like your borrower-lender Discussion page, that location is *public* and fully visible to the world. So, please never post sensitive information there (or here), such as account number, phone number, email address, physical address, Id. Number, image of Id. Card, etc.) Please use the "Edit" link beneath your messages here to remove your account number, for your own protection. Thank you.

      a support ticket to send privately to the Staff
      (a.k.a. the Team: www.zidisha.org/team).

      Your borrower-lender Discussion page
      isn't the correct location to ask for assistance
      from the Staff.
