About Me

I am 34 years, old an accountant by profession with over 10 years of expansive and skillful experience in various industries.

I am married and blessed with two girls.2020 has been a tough year due to the COVID 19 PANDEMIC jobs have been greatly affected with employees either getting salary cuts or loosing their jobs altogether. This has made me think of other ways of supplementing my income to assist in staying afloat.

So far I have tried a few ventures but with not much success but am I am positive and choose to remain focused (Follow, one, course until successful) in farming and selling onions.

Your assistance has always been very helpful and I hope you will walk with me in my venture to financial freedom.

My Business

Farming.
I started my farming maize business this year in Kagumo(upcountry) in the year 2019 during the long rain seasons, but unfortunately due to the intensity of the rain the crops were attacked by pests and some damaged and not much was salvaged.

After a few consultations and research I have decided to hire a a piece of land and grow nappier grass since it requires very little maintenance and the availability of ready market at Kagumo(up country). It will require animal manure once a year and harvest between 3 to 4 times a year.

The cost price of hiring rages from kshs.9,000.00 to 12,000.00 per year, maintenance cost per month and manure will cost roughly kshs. 5,000/=,currently I am also retailing onions buying at kshs.30 per kg and selling at kshs. 60 per kg.Per week sales rage from kshs.600/= to kshs.750/=

The loan will enable me carry out the two ventures smoothly and also assist me in meeting my needs and growing my savings.

Your support will be highly appreciated.

Loan Proposal

My interests fall into three categorise as below.
1.Poultry farming-kienyeji chicken
I choose to do farming as it is a growing business in the country and the market is wide.Majority are refraining from eating the broiler chickens and moving to eating kienyeji chicken.
I choose to do my poultry farming upcountry due to availability of space,a ready chicken house that is not being used that require minor adjustments, availability of affordable chichs and ready market for chicken meat, live chicken and eggs.
I have budget for $250 to $300 to cater for everything.
2.I will also restock my cleaning detergents raw materials and make the liquid soap, harpic, jik, star soft and hand wash. When I get time in the evening I sell door to door after work.I budget for $50
3.Lastly I will pay my daughters tuition fees $90
With your help I will be in a position to mentor others on how to make the cleaning detergents.Empower my children through an education, create employment to those will take care of the poultry ,save for future uncertainties and empower my husband.

Thank you my lenders for believing in my venture and supporting in my quest for financial freedom.
The loan I have completed to pay was used to venture into farming.Due to the heavy rains the crops did not do very well and i only managed to break even.
The money I got from the venture I used it to clear my loan to have the opportunity to to apply for another loan to prepare for the short rain season beginning October.
My costs are kshs. 21,400.00 with an expected revenue ranging from kshs. 30,000.00 to 40,000.00 depending on how the season will be.
Thank you for your continued support.

I take this opportunity to thank my lenders for believing in my venture.

Am travelling upcountry tomorrow I hope the weather will be convenient for me to visit the shamba and take photos to show you how the maize is fairing.I had already invested kshs.10,000. Which I will reimburse myself and pay for my children's school fees.

The balance I will also sample a few areas so as I can settle for a piece of land for the nappier grass venture.

Sky is the limit.Lets do it
