Am thankful to all my lenders, im very glad really applied my loan and immediately i received ksh1,185 may God bless you so much,i keep promising to all my lenders that i will repay my loan on time.

  Please send a "Payment Not Credited" private message to the Staff with a copy of that screenshot attached, via the HELP link in your account.
  
  It's fine, of course, to tell your lenders that you've encountered a technical problem; however, as mentioned previously, your lenders cannot help you with anything technical or administrative.

    Thank you Laurie for your response actually I have tried over five times sending money but the confirmation messages says,the received organisations queried by organisation entity ID or short code does not exist.

      You're welcome, Easther, but please realize I am not on Zidisha's Staff anymore. (Nobody else is, except for the Director and except for the Chief Technology Officer.)
      
      At the beginning of this year, a much higher degree of automation has been implemented on the platform.

      For the problem you've described, either one of the two people currently on Zidisha's Staff (www.zidisha.org/team) would have to help you, or someone on the money-transfer partner's platform, whether that's M-Pesa or Rave in your country. In any event, please contact Zidisha's Staff (by clicking on the HELP link in your account) and they will guide you.
