      zidisha is trying to portray me as one who has refused to pay, but i have to say threats wont change a thing , all i need is an explanation of what happened,its not a secret so let everybody see it, i wont allow to be scammed

        Daniel, as I stated earlier, you need to contact the Staff about that.

        Please don't confuse the ordinary lenders with
        the Staff (a.k.a. "the Team": www.zidisha.org/team).

        Although the two (2) current members of the Staff
        also are lenders, most lenders *aren't* on the Staff.

        NOTE: YOUR BORROWER-LENDER DISCUSSION PAGE,
        WHERE YOU POSTED, *ISN'T* THE CORRECT LOCATION
        TO TRY TO REACH THE STAFF. (They almost never visit
        this page.)

        We ordinary lenders CANNOT help you
        with anything administrative or technical.

        PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE FOLLOWING POST
        SO YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHO IS WHO, AND WHERE TO
        GET THE HELP YOU NEED.

        Below, I've provided some further clarifications for you:

        Ordinary lenders don't determine when any borrower can
        post a loan request, what the credit limit would be, etc.,
        --> and cannot help with anything administrative or technical.
        It is only the Staff that handles all of those things, and
        most of the determinations occur automatically, based on
        algorithms programmed into the system by the Staff.

        Each ordinary lender merely logs in from time to time
        (whenever each lender feels like it) and decides which
        loan project(s) he/she would like to help fund (chosen
        from the "Browse Projects" screens), with some of
        his/her own household money that each lender uploads
        to his/her individual lending account that he/she created
        on the Zidisha platform for that purpose.

        Sometimes, individual ordinary lenders choose to set their
        individual lending account to automatically re-lend any funds
        that get repaid to him/her by borrowers. That's one of the
        reasons why you oftentimes probably notice that some lenders
        don't engage in any conversation with their borrowers (because
        those lenders don't actually log in very often at all).

        Each borrower can communicate directly with his/her
        ordinary lenders, on his/her borrower-lender Discussion page
        (this page, in your case), about the borrower's projects and
        life in general (and about the lenders', too, if the lenders wish
        to share in that way, as well). (The Discussion page has some
        other purposes, as well, but as I've mentioned before, it is
        *not* intended as a place for borrowers to try to reach the Staff.)

        The Staff (a.k.a. "the Team") acts as the intermediary between
        the ordinary lenders and the borrowers. In other words, when
        we upload our own money to the platform for a borrower we've
        selected from the "Browse Projects" screens, the Staff sends some
        of our money to you (that's the Net Disbursement you receive),
        they deduct the Fees you owe from the money that we ordinary
        lenders uploaded to the platform and they use that money for
        the various purposes of the different Fees (for example, the
        5% Service Fee is used for money-transfer costs charged to the
        platform by the money-transfer partners in the countries that
        Zidisha uses to send and receive money to/from borrowers),
        and then when you send your installment payments to Zidisha,
        the Staff sends that money back into our (the ordinary lenders')
        accounts. That's how we get repaid by you, the borrower, for the
        Net Disbursement that went to you, plus the Fees that Zidisha
        deducted and used from our (the ordinary lenders') money.

        The total amount the borrower remits in installment payments,
        over time, is the Principal Amount of the Loan.

        The Principal Amount of the loan is equal to the Net Disbursement that has to be *repaid* plus the Fees that have to be *paid* by the borrower to the ordinary lenders (via the Zidisha platform, which, as mentioned, is the intermediary between the borrowers and the ordinary lenders).

        As also mentioned, the Staff sends the borrowers' installments back into the accounts of the ordinary lenders, and then we either re-lend that money, or any lenders who chose a withdrawable type of lending account when they signed up (as opposed to a non-withdrawable type), they can choose to withdraw their repaid money and leave the platform and not lend again anymore. When lenders who chose a withdrawable type of lending account when they joined, see too many borrowers paying late or not paying at all, they do tend to leave, and then there's not much lending capital circulating, and that's one of the reasons why not very many loan proposals are being allowed onto "Browse Projects" these days.

        Many lenders (probably most) aren't rich people, so that means ordinary lenders tend only rarely to upload more money and instead depend on repayments from borrowers in order to have money to re-lend. (There is a limit to how much lenders can claim from the reserve fund set aside from the credit-risk payments. Even though the Credit-Risk Fee tends to be high, it's my understanding that still not enough is collected to cover all of the defaults that have been happening, unfortunately.)

        Most of the functions on the platform are controlled automatically by algorithms programmed into the system by the Staff.

        Anytime there's a problem, you would need to CONTACT THE STAFF,
        via the HELP link in your account (i.e., *not* here on this page), because
        the Staff almost never visits the borrower-lender Discussion page of any individual borrower.

        I hope this helps to clear up some of the confusion you may have.

    Threats and intimidation wont work here, all i need is for you to explain, how yoi claim that yoi gave me a second loan before tge first one was cleared thereby taking funds that i had paid for this loan and claiming you settled a previous loan with it, unyill such a time that the issue is settled, i am not paying a single cent, like i said before, i lost money with zidisha onve and is not ready to lose it again,

      As previously stated, your borrower-lender Discussion page *isn't* the correct location to try to reach the Staff.

      From the HELP link in your account, please either post in the
      "Borrower Questions" section of the public Forum OR, if there's
      an option at the HELP link for you to do so, please create a private
      support-ticket to send to the Staff.

      The Staff and ONLY the Staff can help you with any administrative and/or technical problem with your account.

      Please understand that and please stop requesting information of the ordinary lenders that we ordinary lenders have absolutely no way to look into for you. (Just like you, were merely create an account on the platform.)

    I raised a serious issue which was never attended to, and like i said i dont want to be cheated or conned and untill such a time that my issue will be resolved and someone explain to me how a fully paid loan later turns out that it wasnt paid and how you gave me a second loan then say the first wasn't cleared, i am not ready to make any payments, ill repeat why did you take money from a current loan and claim you credited it to a previous loan, and how did you give me 2 loans at the same time? I lost money with zidisha once and i will not be ready to loose it again, solve this issue and we can negotiate a settlement
