My name is James Ngotho. I live in Nakuru and I am currently taking part-time classes at the Kenya Institute of Management, where I am studying marketing management. I am a humble person, creative, dedicated to my work and working very hard to realise my dream. I am also a God-fearing young man with good morals. I love adventures, travelling, reading, swimming, and discovering new ideas and places. I come from a humble and Christian background. I like working hard for everything that comes my way, since I have realised nothing easy lasts enough to make a difference in one's life in the future.
I am running a food cafe in White House estate (in the outskirts of Nakuru town). I sell mainly African dishes, i.e. ugali, rice, fish, chicken, githeri, etc.
I have a good clientele and I appreciate them. I have 3 cooks who help me in day-to-day operations of the business. I insist on cleanliness, good customer service, and perfection in cooking of the different types of dishes so that my customers get the ultimate satisfaction they deserve.
I make a gross profit of about 85,000kshs in a month. I spend about 36,000kshs on salaries, 24,000kshs on bills (i.e., electricity, water & rent). Given the loan, I will use it towards expansion of my business since, as my customers have steadily increased, the sitting space has become insufficient. I need to create an outdoor sitting area so that I can be able to accommodate more customers. My daily income will help me repay the loan with no hardship. Thank you, Zidisha Team.
I take this opportunity to thank Zidisha team and more so the lenders. It is with so much gratitude that I want to Say thanks to you and may our almighty lord God bless you so much for the continued support. I will replenish stock of cheese so as to make more pizza. I have already engaged in purchases of yoghurt with Happy cow ltd who make yoghurt and cheese. " Cheese makers from Holland" yoghurt is doing well and i get good income from it thanks to your inputs. With these fund i will try to make some pizza using the company's cheese since we have already developed good relationship. I know with their cheese i will make my customers very comfortable. Once again Thanks.
