  If you mean you weren't able to send a private message (a/k/a "support ticket") to the Staff (www.zidisha.org/team) by clicking on your HELP link, then on the drop-down list of subject options to find one with a text-box available and also the ability to attach an image to send to them, please post in the "Borrower Questions" section of the Forum about that technical issue, and please attach screenshots for them of any error messages you're receiving.
  
  Then, keep checking your account periodically to find out when the technical problem has been resolved, if they don't answer in the Forum, which they often don't (because the Forum is intended mainly just for Zidisha members to help each other based on the information in the "Announcements" section of the Forum and in the FAQs: www.zidisha.org/faq).
  
  Please note that the Staff almost never checks the borrower-lender Discussion pages on any borrower's account. Also note that lenders can't help you with anything technical or administrative. Only the Staff can help borrowers with those issues, and the way to reach them is via the HELP link in your account (or, if you're not able to send them a private message, please post about the problem in the "Borrower Questions" section of the Forum, as mentioned above).
