Hellow i have recived a total of 4645kshings.its not the loan amount I requested.does that mean I have to pay a total of 7116ksh tho i never recived it complete??!thanks

  Loans are not free. Fees are charged. Lenders upload money to the platform to help borrowers. The Zidisha Team Staff retains a 5% Service Fee (for operating costs, such as money-transfer fees charged to Zidisha by the money-transfer partner, web-hosting fees, etc.). They also charge other fees, which get set aside in a special account, like an insurance pool of funds, for when some borrowers default, to pay back lenders for at least part of the defaulted amounts (Zidisha does not collect enough to pay back lenders everything that ends in default.) Unfortunately, fees have increased in number and amount in recent years on the platform because too many borrowers have defaulted. When borrowers remit installment payments, the Zidisha Team Staff sends the money back into the lenders' accounts.

  "How long will it take for me to receive my loan?"
  Unfortunately, the website states the following:
  "As we are not always able to guarantee immediate
  disbursement, we do not recommend using Zidisha
  for time-sensitive emergency loans."
  
  Please also be aware:
  Lenders cannot assist with anything administrative. Like borrowers, we merely create an account on the platform (in our case, to upload funds to help borrowers, which the Zidisha Team Staff then manages; currently the Zidisha Team Staff consists of just two (2) people: www.zidisha.org/team - to contact them privately, send a message through the HELP link in your account). The Zidisha Team Staff is the intermediary between the borrowers and the lenders, and only they can help you with anything administrative. That said, please be patient. Zidisha loans often cannot be disbursed instantaneously. I have seen it sometimes take even one month or longer. However, I hope you will receive your net disbursement soon.
