Dear Leah,

This is your borrower-lender Discussion page, where you would discuss your projects and your life in general with your lenders (and theirs, too, if they would like to share). It also is for VMs to communicate with you and/or with your lenders. However, it's not for trying to reach the Staff (a/k/a Team: www.zidisha.org/team).

Please don't confuse your lenders with the Staff (although the two people who currently are on the Staff also are lenders, most lenders *aren't* on the Staff).

To reach the Staff, please always click on the HELP link in your account.

Please note that your lenders also have a HELP link in their account for reaching the Staff, too.

Please be patient for a response when you send a message from the HELP link because currently there are only two (2) people on the Staff, while there are more than 350,000 Zidisha members (borrowers and lenders). Always wait at least three (3) business days before sending another message to follow up about an inquiry you already sent before.

We are writing to inform you that your loan account listing with the Transunion Credit Reference Bureau has been updated to reflect that your loan is now repaid in full. You no longer have any active non-performing loan listings with any Credit Reference Bureau for Zidisha loans.
