My names are Catherine Bakari Born brought up in Kenya.Lived almost all my life in Nairobi.Went to school up to secondary Education then college after that worked in different companies later opened my own business oasis dreams beauty parlour and while the i financed my course training with Kenya funguo foundation Kenya where i learned beauty production and business management.Since then have been learning from on line course Like AMI and others
But only recently i decided to expand my business to venture into my own beauty production for my oasis beauty product. I have website and i sell on line so i online almost all the time
I m out going open minded spiritual and curios person and especially on business fields
Have hard my ups and down in business and life and i m the kind that believes in crawling whenever i cant wal,walk when i cant tun but always on move never give up

My Business

Yah i love talking about my business because i love it.It started from scratch i mean no starting capital but client and no equipment but my hands .No beauty product but a bottle of massage oil and my own beauty product for personal use
I started by hiring a small space in a hotel in Miliman then i was an employee of a hotel that was known then as Heron court
The place where i use to hire small space was near by walking distance form my work and home so there was no transport cost.
Started with my friend and slowly client i use to attend to at sauna at my place of work would then come to my hired place for facials treatment steaming was done with bowl of hot water and towel to cover my product were natural like eggs white York as face mask avocado lemon honey mix hair treatment and the shampoo i could afford then form local shop
Within as short period of time i had more than enough client and hire d professionally trained therapy is and beautician barber to join me paid on commission i did home and office boarding school visit for hair cut hair do and manicure pedicure
my i registered my company under oasis dreams beauty parkour and today i have even till number for same business Thanks to God and shall forever be grateful to Safari com for communication and mpesa payment then now till use even on line

Loan Proposal

Hello there and thank you so much for this far you have helped me my lender and Zididsha too.Its been a journey with challenges as well but more so great help for this loan support.
I started with Liquid soap which was doing well and had more clients than my production.Then with the help of this loan i got several times i managed to increase my production from 20 liters liquid soap to now 100liters after every one week and is by order so by Gods grace no product stay waiting for clients.This time i have order for bar soap and home made shampoo.My old business help me to buy the required chemical locally have challenge when it comes to BAR soap mold as imported are expensive but i found a way to make wooden one locally by local carpenter i give measurement they do the work.That way reduce cost of production as well. Current market retail price for a high quality laundry bar soap (800g) is $1.3 Which means at a cost of production of the same at$ 0.36usd the NET profit will be $0.98 each carton (dozen) of laundry bar soap will fetch $11.2
Fatty Acid Oil at $1/kg
Coconut Oil at $1.5/kg
Palm Oil at $1.4./kg
Caustic at $0,92/Kg
So with the the approximate $8.9 i would by those chemicals and still use balance which is half free advertisement on line as all i need is Airtime for my pc then look for website that allow free classified like OLX and pigia me and many others as well as add to my website.But as my custom is 10/100 always goes to my fixed account that happen before anything else .Would then use around $2 dollars to by plastic paper bags for packaging and use my pc to design my oasis soap name on the transparent packaging paper bag.The way one show case products matter and and value some how but my product i ensure is good quality then attractive packing material.have plastic bottle that i bought from General plastics long before i started so for liquid soap never have any problem.
So that is how that loan will be used and sure to make around $11.2 usd with first batch of bar soap and and the on going liquid soap doing well so by all means would be sure of being able to repay back on time and without struggle .Thanks ones again to my lender may the Good Lord increase you more and very happy and grateful to Zidisha too for is through them that we meet our lender and they have trust and more so thanks to Divine or God for making all this happen.Shukran Shukrian Asante to you all no words to express my appreciation really.
