My name is Betty Mulatya. I am thirty six years old. I am the second born in a family of five. I was born and raised in Nairobi but I currently live in Malindi. I am a real estate agent and currently run my own real estate and hospitality business called Perazim Kenya (www.perazimkenya.com; Facebook and Instagram: Perazim Kenya.) Perazim comes from the Bible story where David defeated his enemies in battle and named the battlefield Baal-Perazim, which means breaking through. I also operate a clothing and shoes business.

Perazim Kenya offers real estate investment opportunities at the coast of Kenya. We also offer property management services for residential and commercial buildings.
