MY STORY
My name is mercy kanjiru. I am 44 years old. I am married to pastor mtwapa i have two kids a boy 20 and a girll 14 in school . I was in meru currently live in mtwapa because of work. I now work as a private primary school teacher in Mombasa and volunteer at the sanctified ministries mtwapa as one of the children’s church there. I have a passion in community development and entrepreneurship and this is the reason why I work with community based organization and operate a business respectively.

My business is young is less than 6 months and it involves selling second hand clothes. I sell them in the local market where I have engaged services of a lady who assists in selling while am at work.
I started this business with the main emphasis of solving a need, offering affordable clothing and accessories to men, women and children. My vision for this business is to be able to stock various varieties for clothes and other accessories for men, women and children. Nowadays, finding elegant and yet stylish clothing and accessories that is also affordable is not easy so people go for second hand items. My goal is to ensure that this is possible and that people may realize that you can be able to get any type of clothes and accessories.
Apart from fulfilling my passion as an entrepreneur, my business meets my daily needs and also allows me to read a lot about the clothing and textile industry.

I am applying for this loan to increase my stock with the latest, more fashionable stock that is on high demand. i plan to buy a new bale that will cost about $100 . that will stock my business the lady i have there is reliable since she stays near the business she sell to late hours. in a week i make $25 after deducting all expenses.with this loan i will increase my stock n attract a wider market,this will increase my profit and i will service the loan easily without fail.

    I thank You so much for this loan and the loan has helped me in school fees. However, this season ha been hard on me financially because I have been unwell and have spent a bit on medication which was quite unexpected.
    Please allow me to pay this amount for some few weeks.

    First I would like to thank all the lenders who contributed to this loan. Thanks because my daughter is back to school. She had been sent home for school fees but thank God the following day the money was there for her to get back to school and continue with the rnd of the term examinations. She is due to close school on 9th April.
    Being the first instalment I had a small difficulty paying the full amount because I pushed all the money to the school. However I hope to recover in a short while now that she is settled in school and her fees cleared.

    I thank Zidisha team and all my lenders who have made me be successful this far. After buying the used clothes and engaging in the sales, I have made some profits whicha have helped me take care of the urgent needs in the family. I thank God for you all because at least I have been able to maintain the stock this time. I am still teaching and this has helped me to pay my loan quickly. Thank you Zidisha. Thank you My lenders.
