About Me

my name is as mentioned above and i was born from a poor background, stayed with a family friend who use to stay in Nairobi and they paid my school fees both high school and campus. i graduated last year and now a job-seeker. last year the people who paid my school feels went abroad and i was left behind staying with a friend. I had to look for ways of survival and i opened a small kipanda for cooking food and selling to massionary people in the neighborhood. currently i am doing well but i want to expand it. The unique thing about where i stay is that people are so friendly and supportive infact all of them i have never met with mad men.

my hobby is reading books and thats wat has helped me love even my bible which gives me spiritual nourishment and therefore giving me strength.

My Business

My business is doing well with an average income of 700 per day and this has realy help me pay my rent and support my siblings back at home. I am proud of my customers who have really stayed faithfully with me. what has contributed mostly to my performance is the good services to my clients which include clean food , fast services and credit services offered to them. I make good chsapatis, mokimo and githeri for lunch and at times ugali and vegetable. There was high demand due to construction taking place in the region.

Loan Proposal

once i get the loan i will buy the 20 plastic chairs @6dollars each and more utensils so that i be able to serve more customers at once. at times they come and wait but their patience have really encouraged me.

Ruth - I am so glad you have started making repayments. I imagine something happened to prevent you from repaying. Good luck to you and I'll lend to you again.
    Sincerely,
    Karen

    Hi Ruth,
Thank you for the update. I hope your food business will grow in the future. Have you tried adding new items to your menu? Perhaps a change would bring more customers from your competition. Or adding take away items like candy and soda? It is just a thought. I wish you well as always. Regards, Margaret
