    Hi William,
Please make a payment towards your loan, small payments are better then none at all to keep you in good standing with Zidisha lenders. You can change your payment plan by logging into your account. Do not disappoint those who placed their faith in you.

      Hello,

Regarding this: "actually you are making my business [grow] and now I am getting new customers because of you people, keep it up by uplifting small business people like me", that's good to hear and it's appropriate for you to post that here on your borrower-lender Discussion page for your lenders.

However, regarding this: "But for the interest you are a [bit] high please it is my request that you take a [kind] look in this area so that we may continue to be with you as far as business is [concerned]. Thanks in advance", please don't confuse your lenders with the Staff, a/k/a the Team (whom you can see here: www.zidisha.org/team).

Although the two (2) current members of the Staff
also are lenders, most lenders are *not* on the Staff.

Only the Staff can help you with administrative and
      technical issues. However, your borrower-lender
Discussion page *isn't* the correct place to try
to reach them. To send them a note, please
click on the HELP link in your account.

Also, a clarification is that Zidisha loans don't carry any interest charges at all. Although some lending organizations charge interest *and* fees, Zidisha charges Fees only. That said, it's true that because of too much defaulting, the Director decided to increase the Fees (by adding the Credit-Risk Fee) to create an "insurance fund" to help reimburse lenders in case any borrowers default (not just in case the lender paying the Fee defaults). It's very unfortunate that when the cost of getting a loan here was very low, too many borrowers failed to honor the obligation they entered into. Most lenders here are not rich people and depend on repayments to be able to help fund future projects for borrowers. So, that's why the Credit-Risk Fee was implemented. The only way it may be able to be reduced is for borrowers always to honor the obligation they enter into, in a timely manner. Adjusting the installment downward in harder times is always better than not sending in any payment at all when an installment is due.

The correct place for you to comment about the Fees, though, is in the Forum, not here on your borrower-lender Discussion page.

This page is intended for you to discuss your projects and your life in general with your lenders (and theirs, too, if they wish to share). It also is for you to let your lenders know about any payments made that haven't posted after three business days (you would just tell them the date and amount paid, and send all of the other payment details to the Staff on a "payment not posted" support ticket, which you would create from the HELP link in your account. This page also is a place for VMs to communicate with you and/or with your lenders. However, it isn't intended as a place to try to reach the Staff, because they almost never visit these pages.
