About Me

I am 26 year old network engineer with more specialities in routing protocols and seriously aspiring to become internet and network security specialist. Therefore I am dedicated to helping younger ones to develop interest in studying modern technologies focusing their attention on network engineering and system development. currently seeking to achieve my vision in network security through investment in research and education

My Business

I have a small network company which install and configure small area network for super markets and other small institutions like private hospitals

Loan Proposal

The cost of the Cisco book is $75. I would therefore use the loan as a top up to the my funds in order to acquire the book. This would fastrack my studies in computer networking and better place me in competitive networking world. Since Cisco is currently controlling most industry's network equipment and technology, a certification in the field and its relevance cannot be overemphasized.

I actually took 2 semesters of Cisco networking when I taught 6th Grade and maintained the Apple Macintosh computers at my school. If you’re taking Cicsco Network Academy class, great. If you’re studying on your own, get the newest version of the book that you can find.

Hi zidisha, I can no longer access new loan. The system keeps telling me that the loan application profile has been used even though I have changed it more than three times

maintaining ones reputation and keeping integrity is very important in the running of every corporation. Zidisha continues to give me 49 cedis at a service charge of 2 cedis and risk fee of 7 cedis. Yet Zidisha is a non profit online micro-lending organisation. WoW!!!!

    Dear Joost,
Thank you for the responds to my concern. However, there is the need for the Zidisha team to take a second look at the credit risk fee if indeed Zidisha is aimed at supporting the needy. My request is not about processing fees but credit risk fees. If I am to pay a credit risk fee, then what is the reason for my initial membership fees. Please take a second look about its. Thanks

hello Zidish, I do not thin there is any need for deception as long lending micro-credit is concerned. My last loan advancement which hit my account on the 5th of September, came with the next loan limit being GH98. After timely payment, my credit limit is still GH49. Meanwhile the risk and processing fees are very high. How do you expect good use of such money with its accompanying interest.

      Dear Balfour,

You can find an overview with the credit limit on your “your credit limit” page. (www.zidisha.org/current-credit). Before taking out a large loan, you must first build creditworthiness by repaying small test loans over a period of time.

Please read this page because it gives information about increasing your credit limit over time and also provides info about a credit limit bonus. In your case your on-time repayment score is 80%. It has to be 90% or higher to get an increased credit limit.

More info about Zidisha can also be found on the Borrowers FAQ (www.zidisha.org/faq#borrowe...)

      Kind regards,
      Joost
      Team Zidisha

Dear lenders, the loan received was too small for the purchase of the required equipment, thus it sometimes becomes difficult to make prompt repayment. however, the little received has been invested well in perishables with some meager profit. I am still waiting for the full funding of the the initial request. Thanks

The substantive reason for the loan which is buying network equipment is delayed due to the minimal amount given. However, I am engaged in some petty trade.

The loan given me - $10 was enough to handle the certification issues but I have used it some selling of perishable goods. I have gain some profits and thus been able to pay the loan three months before time.
