About Me

I'm the 4th born in a family of 5 brothers and a diploma holder in computer engineering. Having looked for job in almost 3 years unsuccessfully, I ventured into construction as a manual laborer, moved from there and become a foreman. I then started taking small time contracts where I hire workers and take on small contracts. I mainly deal with fixing windows in new constructed buildings.

Besides being a small contractor I am a father to one loved daughter and a born again christian.

My Business

I deal with fixing windows in newly constructed buildings and also i put window Grills using Clome pipes materials.New fashions of buildings are coming up,hence calling up for new styles of windows and me being a professional in fixing windows I chose the job.The kind of windows I fix are more beautiful and more secure. I mainly charge depending on the size of the building and size of windows. I have one full-time employee and hire others depending on the availability of the jobs.

During peak months, I make up to $ 1,050 but there are months I make as little as $ 400 during low seasons.
My costs depend on the magnitude of the job and involves buying glasses, putty,Clomes and other add-ons that are needed to fix windows. I use the money gotten to pay my employees, domestic use and re-invest in the business by buying equipments. Also I have engaged in tree planting program at our nearby forest in the village where I come from.

Loan Proposal

My business of fixing windows has greatly improved and the demand of decorations of windows has moved to a new stage in my area of work. Clome pipes are on higher demand for windows grills. I am planing to buy them in large quantities to have them ready for my clients. Also I want to buy a drilling machine to help me fasten and ease my work. This will push my profit margin to a higher graph, to approximately 30%,from the current profit.
-Clome pipes,about 23 pieces @ $9 per piece which is $207
-Electrical Drill @ $76
I will even be able to employ another hand since I expect the demand to be high hence making more profit.

Hallo Lenders. I attended a business seminar last week and i learn a lot about entrepreneurship. I happened to meet different investors of different kind. I felt so encouraged in doing business despite the challenges,so longer as i be sure of it and be focused. We were taught a lot and given a chance to interact with each other. Am hoping to use the knowledge in my business.

Thank you lenders for bearing with me for the delay in my payment. I had a bad lack and those people who harvest where they did not sow, stole my concrete mixer. Luckily I have recovered it back but unfortunately some parts have been removed, though am working on the replacement. I believe very soon it will be functional. With my usual business of window fixing and fittings it will enable me pay my loan on time and also proceed with other expenses. Thank you for being patient with me.

Thank you for lending me the first loan, which I have now cleared already. It has really changed my business and my life. I have been able to buy the materials and offering my services on time. I have also managed to take my wife to a driving school. It has been rewarding and hence, felt the need to request for another loan. I have been receiving clients from different places and this is making see the business growing fast.

The first loan was so helpful to me. Apart from taking my lifestyle a notch higher, I was able to employ one more youth and given them a chance to change their lives too.
