    Hello. I did not and still haven't received any loan from zidisha this year, I have complained about the issue several times and yet I receive loan overdue emails. I demand for an immediate address to this.
    Furthermore, I did ask for a contact number and person a month ago concerned with the issue, which I have not received any feedback yet.
    How is that you're asking for a repayment you have not disbursed?

      Hello, Teddy.

      I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty you've been experiencing. It sounds like a technical error occurred somewhere.

      Please note, though, that each borrower's public Discussion page (and the public Forum), which are visible to anyone in the world who may visit, are not frequented by the Staff on a regular basis. Although they sometimes may visit and even occasionally may post something, it is not often.

      To request help from the Staff (about an account-specific issue), you would need to click on the HELP link in your account, find an option that gives you a text-box to type your inquiry, and then send your private message.

      For general-policy questions, you could post in the public Forum, but you should read the FAQs (www.zidisha.org/faq) and the "Announcement" section of the Forum (www.zidisha.org/forums/4) before posting. That's where anyone (fellow Zidisha member, whether borrower or lender) who might answer you would be checking to find an answer, anyway.

      This Discussion page is for communicating with your lenders about your business, and your life in general if you wish to share, as well as their lives if they wish to share. Lenders cannot help you with anything administrative. Like borrowers, they are Zidisha members who set up an account on the platform. The platform is the intermediary between the lenders and the borrowers. And the Staff handles everything administrative (and a lot also is automated by the system).

      I hope this helps clear up misunderstandings,
      and I hope your issue will be able to be resolved soon.

        I do not want to receive any further emails from you on repayment delays because I have not received any loan from zidisha and I have not received any feedback about my complaint yet.

          Teddy,

          I understand. However, you are not receiving emails from lenders. You are receiving emails from the Staff. Please don't confuse lenders with the Staff. As mentioned previously, lenders and borrowers are Zidisha members who create an account on the platform. Zidisha (Zidisha's Staff) is the intermediary *between* the lenders and the borrowers.

          The emails you're receiving from the Staff are automated emails programmed into the system. You would need to contact the Staff (www.zidisha.org/team) by clicking on the HELP link in your account. Look for an option there with a text-box where you could type and send a private message to them.

          Please refrain from posting administrative inquiries on your Discussion page, because lenders cannot help you with those.

    I have not received any loan as indicated in the previous email. I have not received any account credit confirmation from my MPESA account and I'd complained and have not received any feedback about the matter. I wish to inform you that I am not pleased with how the matter is addressed and with the urgency it requires. Again, I kindly ask for your detailed address to the matter.
