    it's bcos I like paying my instalment once, since I choose one month, I expect to pay it in the next one month, not weekly.

    Here are some more clarifications for you:

    Please don't confuse your lender(s) with the Staff.

    This is the Staff, a.k.a. the Team: www.zidisha.org/team

    Although the two (2) current members of the Staff
    also are lenders, most lenders *aren't* on the Staff.

    - This is your borrower-lender Discussion page, where you're supposed to update your lenders about your projects and your life in general (and where they may share about their projects and lives in general, too, if they wish).

    - It also is a place for VMs to communicate with you and/or your lenders.

    - And it's a location for you to tell your lenders anytime you want to adjust your payment schedule and why.

    - Additionally, it's a location to tell your lenders about a payment you made that didn't get posted after three business days... (in that case, you would tell them just the date and amount paid, and you would send all of the other details to the Staff on a "payment not posted" support ticket created from the HELP link in your account).

    Always remember that your borrower-lender Discussion page *isn't* intended as a location for communicating with the Staff, because they almost never visit the Discussion page of any individual borrower.

    Before contacting the Staff through the HELP link in your account
    about policy questions or concerns, or about any administrative or technical issues, please make sure you've first read the information the Director has posted on the FAQ page (www.zidisha.org/faq) and in the "Announcements" section of the Forum (www.zidisha.org/forums), and it's also usually a good idea to check the "Open Forum" and "Borrower Questions" sections of the Forum for information, too.

    pls am confused, am to be disbursed 20328 but I was disbursed 12000. but why? the interest is very high ooooo, how can I receive 12000 to pay back 20000. haba check it well

      Just a quick clarification, that Zidisha doesn't charge any interest at all on its loans, only fees. That said, yes, unfortunately, the Credit-Risk Fee currently is high.

      Prior to your loan status changing from "Pending Borrower Confirmation" to "Pending Disbursement", you were presented with the terms of the loan, including what the Fees would be. The Principal Amount of the Loan is equal to your Net Disbursement plus the Fees, which gets remitted in installments, over time.

      I'm not sure if the obligation can get canceled, so you should click on the HELP link in your account to ask the Staff. You are not posting in the correct location. Your individual lender(s) cannot help you with anything technical or administrative. (I'll post some more clarifications for you at the top of your page.)

    am supposed to be disbursed for since yesterday morning, up till now I have not seen alert from zidisha. and on my dashboard it's showing congratulations your loan will be disbursed shorly since yesterday.

    thanks I received your message, but I can't find how to send messages across to them. I have sent messages through their email address team@zidisha still they haven't responded well. I have gone to the help link as u said, still I can't find where to write a message there. pls am a good client and I never fail to pay them before, I always pay promptly on my due date. pls it was a mistake of double payment. if you can help me get to them, I will appreciate. thanks.

      If you've sent an email about that, they will reply to you eventually. You have to keep in mind that currently there are only two (2) people on the Staff, while there are several-hundred-thousand members (borrowers and lenders), all with a HELP link in their accounts, too. A great deal of patience is required on this platform. I can assure you that they have seen or will see any and all messages you've ever written to them. Please make sure not to write again to them on the same topic unless at least three days have gone by without a response, each time. Thanks, and best wishes.

      Only the Staff can help resolve that issue.

      Anytime you need any administrative or technical
      help with anything, you would need to contact them

      borrower-lender Discussion page, because the Staff
      almost never visits the Discussion page of any
