Also, please don't confuse lenders with Zidisha Staff.
Although some members of the Staff also are lenders, most lenders are *not* on the Staff. Lenders contribute money to help fund loans. Zidisha Staff handles all of the administrative functions.

morning,
I have a complain with my credit limits, on my previous loan loan i was given a target repayment date of 15th may and and a credit increase of 1732, i payed on 14th may and it was not accredited to my account leading to withdrawal of my bonus. Kindly look into these issue. thanks

You asked a question about why your credit limit didn’t grow. You can find the answer yourself on your credit limit page (www.zidisha.org/current-credit). I included a screenshot of your page.

The service fee didn’t increase. But there is a new credit risk payment fee. That fee is a mandatory payment of 10% of the loan into the MLF. That fee is refundable. More info about changes like this can be found on the announcement section of our forum.

morning, let me start by thanking for the good job that you have been doing to us, especially the small scale businesses, you have made us grow higher and faster than we expected. secondly i have a complain concerning my credit loan limit: my last loan was 4948 and i was notified to complete by 9th April and i will earn a bonus of early repayment, now the problem is the bonus was withdrawn yet i paid on time my credit loan remained the same and the service fee increased from 247 to 741 am confused here kindly help.
