  Thomas David, your lenders can't help you with anything technical or administrative. Like borrowers, lenders merely create an account on the platform (in our case, to help fund loans for borrowers), but it's the Staff (www.zidisha.org/team) which does everything else, including but not limited to sending the lenders' money to borrowers (fees are withheld, per the terms each borrower clicks to confirm acceptance of, before receiving their Net Disbursement), and collecting installment payments from borrowers, and sending the money from the borrowers' payments back into the lenders' accounts, and anything else technical or administrative that happens here on the platform.
  
  Therefore, your borrower-lender Discussion page *isn't* the correct place to try to reach the Staff. (Please be aware that members of the Staff almost never visit borrowers' Discussion pages.)
