I bought some printing papers with this amount but now I paid it yesterday using a different line and until now it hasn't reflected. You really make it hard to get help when we need it.

  This is a location for communicating with your lenders, not with Zidisha's Staff (www.zidisha.org/team).
  
  The Discussion pages (and the Forum) are PUBLIC pages; and although the Staff sometimes may visit and even occasionally post on Discussion pages, (or in the Forum), that doesn't happen on a regular basis.
  
  For future reference:
  Please *never* post personal information (such as phone numbers, email addresses, physical address, National Id. Number, images of your National Id. Card, etc.) on any public pages on the Internet.
  
  For your own protection, please edit the message here on your Discussion page to delete the phone numbers. (You should do the same in the Forum and, in fact, you really should delete the entire post from the Forum: www.zidisha.org/forum-threa...)
  
  To reach the Staff, please send them a private message through the HELP link in your account (if it is an account-specific question pertaining to disbursement not yet received or repayment not yet credited, for example).
  
  If it is a general-policy question, though, please post in the Forum, in the "Borrower Questions" section, where any member of the Zidisha community maybe will reply. (Please note that "Community Moderators" in the Forum, who also possibly may reply, are *not* Staff members.)
  
  In addition to this, I would recommend reading the FAQs (www.zidisha.org/faq) and the Announcements section of the Forum (www.zidisha.org/forums/4) for information.
  
  I know it can be frustrating, but please keep in mind that Zidisha has hundreds of thousands of members (borrowers and lenders) but currently only two (2) people on the Staff.
