Hey,l have not received my loan even after it being approved and told it has been disbursed

  Hi, Francis.
  
  This is a location for communicating with your lenders, not with Zidisha's Staff (www.zidisha.org/team).
  
  The Discussion pages (and the Forum) are PUBLIC pages; and although the Staff sometimes may visit and even occasionally post on Discussion pages, (or in the Forum), that doesn't happen on a regular basis.
  
  For future reference:
  Please *never* post personal information (such as phone numbers, email addresses, physical address, National Id. Number, images of your National Id. Card, etc.) on any public pages on the Internet.
  
  To reach the Staff, please send them a private message through the HELP link in your account (if it is an account-specific question pertaining to disbursement not yet received or repayment not yet credited, for example).
  
  If it is a general-policy question, though, please post in the Forum, in the "Borrower Questions" section, where any member of the Zidisha community maybe will reply. (Please note that "Community Moderators" in the Forum, who also possibly may reply, are *not* Staff members.)
  
  In addition to this, I would recommend reading the FAQs (www.zidisha.org/faq) and the Announcements section of the Forum (www.zidisha.org/forums/4) for information.
  
  I know it can be frustrating, but please keep in mind that Zidisha has hundreds of thousands of members (borrowers and lenders) but currently only two (2) people on the Staff.

  P.S.: For the second loan and each loan after that,
  each borrower is supposed to post a photo of himself
  or herself at the top of the profile page. Not doing that
  sometimes can cause funding and disbursement delays.
  
  The next time the system allows you to change your
  profile photo, I would recommend that you do so.

    "How long will it take for me to receive my loan?
    Loans normally take up to two weeks to be funded by lenders. After that, it may take an additional week for your loan to be disbursed due to the need to transfer funds internationally. As we are not able to guarantee immediate funding and disbursement, we do not recommend using Zidisha for time-sensitive emergency loans."
    
    Also, please be aware that sometimes technical difficulties occur (either on the Zidisha.org website, or on the money-transfer website, or both), which can cause even further delays. I have seen loans take four weeks or even longer sometimes to be disbursed. Therefore, patience is required.
    
    As the FAQs state, Zidisha is not set up for quick funding and disbursement. (Occasionally, it does occur quickly, but that is not guaranteed.)

  Thank you received my loan but how comes my credit limit is lower than actually what is posted
