This is your borrower-lender Discussion page, where you would discuss your projects and your life in general with your lenders (and theirs, too, if they would like to share). It also is for VMs to communicate with you and/or with your lenders. However, it's not for trying to reach the Staff (a/k/a Team: www.zidisha.org/team).

Your lenders don't handle anything at all technical or administrative.
The Staff handles all of that.

Please don't confuse your lenders with the Staff (although the two people who currently are on the Staff also are lenders, most lenders *aren't* on the Staff).

To reach the Staff, please always click on the HELP link in your account.

Please note that your lenders also have a HELP link in their account for reaching the Staff, too.

Please be patient for a response when you send a message from the HELP link because currently there are only two (2) people on the Staff, while there are more than 350,000 Zidisha members (borrowers and lenders). Always wait at least three (3) business days before sending another message to follow up about an inquiry you already sent before.

With the previous loan I've been able to add some profit into my business which is helping pay some of my bills and adding more products into my shop. I'm therefore grateful to you guys but the risk fee remains too high .

  Only the 5% Service Fee is used for running the platform.
  
  Apart from the per-loan 5% Service Fee, there used to be
  only a (small) one-time Membership Registration Fee.
  
  To learn why the additional fees have increased in number
  and amount, and to learn what those other fees are for
  (those are *not* pocketed by Zidisha), please see:

  You will see that it is for the viability of the platform
  and the benefit of the *borrowers* and you will learn
  how to help increase the chances that those fees possibly

  Lenders cannot help you with anything technical or administrative.
  Therefore, this isn't the correct place to try to reach the Staff,
