About Me

Good morning all members of Zidisha organization, My name is Alex Ndiema, a Kenyan Citizen by birth, 35 years old and a father of two children, we live in mbotela estate, Makadara sub-county, Nairobi County, Kenya. My permanent home address is; Trans-nzoia County, Saboti Sub-county, Machewa location, Bondeni village.
I went to Mt. Elgon Primary School and sat for my KCPE Examination in the year 1997, I passed well but was unable to Join Secondary School due to fee problem. I was forced to stay at home the whole year (1999). During that time I did some business (Photography, I remember borrowing a camera from friends on commission basis till I bought my own; Yashica, up to date I have that Camera for remembrance). I joined St. Marys Secondary School in the year 2000 and did my KCSE exam in the year 2003. I did well but was bot lucky to join university, I did some Computer packages in the year 2005, there after got a casual Job in industrial area; Sumaria Industries Limited where I worked for 5 good years.

My Business

In year 2007 I married and got a child, the cash I was getting was not enough to cater for my daily needs. I decided to venture into business with the little that I had saved, I starting from mandazi business, shop keeping, Cyber cafe with two computers and a printer (hp 3-in-one; scan, copy & print) The business had little or no competitor, so I grew up very fast, I had a lot of customers but few computers, it was not late to re-organize myself since I got introduced to Zidisha by a friend (Abigael), from there Zidisha took charge of my finances as far as business expense and assets are concerned. Right now I have a full Cybercafe, an equipped Photo Studio, an Mpesa and lastly but list, I have started doing supplies. Glory be to God and much thanks to Zidisha and my lenders.

Loan Proposal

PHOTOCOPY MACHINE(USD 414.65)- RICOH MP 1600
This copier has an ADF where by it will be capable of handling a large volume of work without any difficulty. Yours is just to pace your job on the ADF and continue attending to other customers while the photocopy runs.
It can do both A4 and A3 sizes, it saves time and in result you can serve a couple of customers within the shortest time possible.
This in return will generate approximately 3.98573 USD per day as I am sure the bulk photocopy will be done without any delay.

Good morning my good lenders and the Zidisha organisation at large, first I would like to apologize for not remitting my weekly installment as required and I feel so ashamed to put the blame on the current pandemic out break of Corona Virus which has led to partial lock down in some parts of our country. I happen to have been affected in one way or another which has led to a drop in my business, furthermore, the suppliers that I made on January to my client (Hospital Hill High School) has not yet been paid. I really apologize for all this and promise to try my best and whenever things come back to normal, I will be able to clear my dues as required. Thanks for your understanding and may God bless you all.

The business income has reduced due to a partial lock down in Nairobi, which has been extended for another 21 days. The profits that I am getting right now is used to pay my employees.

Good morning everyone, once again I take this opportunity to say thanks to our almighty God who has allowed us to see another day, I am doing good hopping that all of you are okay.
Secondly I appreciate all the Zidisha members and a big thank you to my lenders for funding my project.

The previous loan that I took was for my business expansion. It really helped me a lot since I pumped the cash into my Mpesa and Cooperative agent in form of float and cash rotation. This enabled my business to run smoothly without the hiccups of running short of cash or float to serve my customers. as a result I missed no transaction and resulted in high commission and my customers were guaranteed of service and were 100% sure when they come to my shop. To my employees, it boosted their morale since there was enough capital and they new very well that what ever they were doing will earn them salary at the end of the month.

Good morning my lenders and the Zidisha Organization, I hope this message finds you well, I am good despite the ups and downs of life and business. Currently the business needs a lot of investments as we approach the end of the year, the Mpesa and Coop needs a lot of cash and float, this is why I have proposed to to deduct my weekly payment installments to that amount. After that period I will be in a position to resume my normal installments. Thanks in advance for your understanding and time.

Good evening lenders, I take opportunity to once again let you know about me and my business. I now do supplies, Cybercafe and Mpesa. all the business is doing well except the supplies. It has some good profit but it takes long to get payments. That is the only challenge that I am facing now. With time I know I will be able to wait since the last supplies earned me some good interest which I have invested in the Mpesa business. I now have enough float and cash to run the mpesa business.

Good evening my good lenders and the Zidisha Organization at large, I am doing well despite the ups and downs of life and business. I still facing some challenges in my business but hoping that things will soon change and work out positively. The supplies I made have not been acted on and they have closed down the school. I am full of hope that the will pay me before the school opens up since they will need to be supplied with more items.

Good morning lenders, I would like to adjust my weekly installments due to the reason that I haven't received any payment for the supply I did previously. Once I am paid I will resume with my normal installment.
    Have a good day.

I great you all. As much as I am expanding my business, there are some limitations here and there, I have supplies a certain school as I posted earlier, the payments have delayed and they are still demanding more supplies i.e Hard Brush, Squeezers Toilet balls etc all this I have no alternative but to slash down my daily income and make the necessary move. I am quite sure once they release my cheque, I will be in a position to catch up with my dues and maintain my on time payment. Thanks your understanding. Have a blessed day.
