The previous loan was used to acquire stock of books from Adventist Book Centre (ABC) at Tafo, Kumasi for sale. I was able to assist myself in school last semester. We are reopening school in 27th January, 2017, and a new loan will help me acquire more books for sale.

I am fascinated by Zidisha's philosophy. This is poverty alleviation on a practical level where the individual is empowered by access to capital. In Ghana where poverty is compounded by lack of access to capital, Zidisha's concept is the solution. If you don't have salary as a guarantee or property to serve as collateral you can still get access to micro loan. Zidisha lender God bless you all.

Dear lenders,
This is to say thank you for the loan. Immediately the loan was granted, I received admission letter from the University of Ghana to pursue a PhD in Political Science. As a result, I had to consider future movement from Kumasi to Accra. So i diverted the use of the money from tutorial to literature evangelism which I can take it along with me to any where. I deposited the money with Adventist Book Centre (ABC) in the Tafo (Mountain View Conference, Agona) and I took books for sale.
Now I am a literature evangelist selling Home Health Education Literature. I am happy doing this work. As a result of this work, I was sponsored to partake in Literature Evangelists (LE) Congress in Nigeria (20th - 26th July, 2016). I know this work can help me win souls for God and also finance my PhD programme. Besides, it will easier to sell books in the University Campus.
I am grateful for your support.

I had a tragedy short after taking the first loan. However, I remained in business and continued after recovering from the tragedy. The first loan was used as operation cash and it helped me make advert. Now I have students that I am tutoring and earning monthly income for my family. I thank my lenders, Kirsten Shute and Paul Buchheit, for their support and kindness.

Hi lenders, two daughters of Mr. Alexander died as a result of getting themselves trapped in a car packed close to the house where they stay. They were playing around that area and found themselves trapped in the car.They were very young between the ages of 3-5years. They could not get out of the car by themselves and got suffocated. He has been in a very sad situation. He told me that the situation put him out of business for sometime but everything is good for now so he will start repaying God willing this week.

This sounds like an interesting business and your application is clear and well-researched. I started to work as tutor during school and I still do some tutoring today.

I'm afraid I don't have more lending money right now, but if your first application doesn't get funded, please don't give up. You can apply again if things don't work out the first time.
