Please keep in mind that this is your borrower-lender Discussion page, which *isn't* for trying to reach the Staff because they almost never visit borrowers' pages.

This page is mainly for discussing your projects and your life in general with your lenders (and theirs, too, if they wish to share). It also is for letting your lenders know about any rescheduling of your repayments that you might ever do. And it's additionally a place for VMs to post messages for you and/or for your lenders. But it isn't intended as a place for trying to reach the Staff.

  I have tried that option but there is nowhere to post my issues. They have a list of possible issues and mine doesn't fall on any so am stuck.

    If there's a text-box available at any of those subject options for you to send a private message to the Staff, then go ahead and do that, even if the subject option doesn't match what you need to write about.
    
    If there isn't any option currently available with a text-box for sending a private message, then post your issue in the "Borrower Questions" section of the Forum (without posting any sensitive information, such as National Id. Number or anything like that, of course), because the Director *does* see the messages posted there every day.

  Those are automated emails that go out according to algorithms programmed into the system by the Staff, a/k/a Team: www.zidisha.org/team. You can try to reach them by clicking on the HELP link in your account. You will need to be patient for a reply, because there currently are only two (2) people on the Staff, while there are more than 355,000 Zidisha members (borrowers and lenders), each of whom also has a HELP link in their account for contacting the Staff, too.

WHY do you keep changing my loan balance and i do not change my installments. you guys are stealing from me. right no my balance should be less than ksh7000 now its is over 24000.
what is happening who is in charge who is monitoring this accounts,Update my account urgently and I need response from you. We always check our balance be warned and i always pay weekly and my latest payment was on 5th august 2019.
check and keep track of your records....

  You can try to reach her through the HELP link in your account.
  
  It sounds to me like technical issues are affecting your account, which unfortunately is a common problem on the platform. Julia also is in charge of repairing technical bugs or delegating to another programmer to repair them when she is busy with other tasks. You can let her know about the problems with your account by using the HELP link in your account.
  
  I hope the issues with your account will be resolved for you soon.

      You can report technical issues in the "Borrower Questions" section of the Forum. They often don't have time to answer there, but they *do* see the messages, so after you post, keep checking your account to see when the issue gets resolved. If it doesn't after a reasonable amount of time (minimum of three business days to about a week or two), then pull up the same Forum thread where you posted originally, and post a new message reminding them that you need them to look into your issue for you.

i have received the above email stating that i have not paid since 2017 which is not true. i have been making my payments well. please find a way to correct your records because i have all my payment records. kindly rectify that URGENTLY

Business has not been doing so well,i don't make as much mats since the demand is a bit low but i am trying to gather myself.Between school fees for both my daughter and myself it is a bit challenging but i am working hard to repay the installment since i have faith.Be blessed and thank you for the continued effort.

the reason for rescheduling my loan is that i have enrolled my daughter to school and its a small challenge being that i am a single mother.after i have stabilised and everything is ok,hope fully less than a month i will go back to my usual payments if not more.thanks for understanding and sorry for the inconvenience.

Hope this finds everyone well.i am grateful for the loan disbursed to me.i was able to buy my raw materials to make the mats that i needed for the orders that i had and for the ones i am working hard to obtain.i also managed to pay some of my fees.i will not disappoint in terms of repayment.God bless you.
