About Me

I am married with three child I live in Nairobi Utawala and went to school at St Peter Mumias where passed my O- level Exams very well but I did not join the University because of lack of resources and I decided to start a business of retail shop in the year 2004 and with this business I have been able to take care of my family and pay for my Children School fees. I use the profit from my business to expand my business and build permanent building for my business so that it is more secure. Zidisha Lenders have been a bless since year 2012 and my business have grown from strength to strength and am able to support a happy family and support my community and the country.

My Business

I have Business of retail shop where I sell Green grocery and wholesale , food such as maize meal, rice, cooking fats, detergents.milk, breads and many more. from this business a make average income of Kes 680,000 per month before paying for my expenses. I also own m-pesa business offering mobile phone banking services to the locals and this gives me Ksh 20,000 per month. I face challenge in this business such as high cost of products and fuel. I kindly request Zidisha lenders to partner and finance my business to be able to buy a small van to carry my merchandises from the wholesale market to my shop. The Delivery van will save my business on transport expense and increase my revenue by 20 %. . The Delivery Van will cost about Ksh 600,000 for a good second Van.

Loan Proposal

The loan is for buying more products for sale such as vegetables, fruits, cereals and fast moving groceries. More stock will help me meet my customer needs and increase my profit by good margin and expand my business so that I may be able to meet family expences too

I reminded Kephar to pay his loan that is overdue to maintain his percentage rate and future chances to get more loans.

Hi Alex! I see that you are able to sustain the payments but looking to adjust them. Did you have a plan in mind? Is it a cashflow problem, operational debt increasing, etc.? Do you have ideas of things that would help yourself (maybe something that is not money)? Keep going, your business looks promising. Are you OK with the m-pesa aspect of your business? What’s up with the banking side?
