      Hello,

Thank you for your update. You're loan was showing up as late in my active loans section, so I was wondering if everything was OK with you.
What is the student schedule like now where you live? Here it is the beginning of summer and students are off for most of the summer. But I know it is getting cold there in Kenya.

    Hello,

Can you tell me more about your salon? Do you rent a store or is it run out of someone's house?

Also, how many years have you had a salon business?

        Hi Gloria,

You're welcome. Thank you for the explanation. You said you are interested in journalism. Are you also taking classes at the university where you have your salon?

Another question I have is about your names on your profile page here and also on facebook. I've noticed that Kenyan borrowers sometimes have several parts to their official name and also use a knickname on facebook. Could you explain more about your different names?

        Thanks,
        Evinpa

          Hi,

yes, i am a communication and media Student at chuka University, exactly where my salon is located. Thats how i spend my time. On books and in my business.

My official name is Gloria Makau, sometimes most of us use nick naemes on their facebook pages for different reasons.

For me, my facebook name (Gaudencia Gloalba) emanated from the fact that am a christian and was baptised by the name Gaudencia, glo is the short form of Gloria and Alba is my dad. Basically it was just a creative combination of my names.

          Regards,
          Gloria

            HI Gloria,

Thank you. It sounds like you are really busy. I bid something to start your loan process.

I saw you were trying to upload some photos of your business and customers. It would be nice if you could get them posted. I would like to see them.
