kindly advice, five days have elapsed since the loan i applied for be 100% funded. the loan has not been disbursed into my m pesa wallet, is there something wrong?

  Hello, your Net Disbursement gets sent to you by the Staff, a/k/a the Team (whom you can see here: www.zidisha.org/team) sometime between the same day you clicked to confirm acceptance of the terms of the loan and up to two weeks after that date.
  
  If you haven't received your Net Disbursement after that amount of time has passed, then you would need to click on the HELP link in your account to contact the Staff to let them know.

  "How long will it take for me to receive my loan?
  ...As we are not always able to guarantee
  immediate disbursement, we do not recommend
  using Zidisha for time-sensitive emergency loans."
  
  In addition to the FAQ page, the "Announcements"
  section in the Forum (both of which are posted by
  the Director) is where you can find most of Zidisha's
  policy information, including changes to policies
  that she makes from time to time.

Thank you lenders for funding my loan. I will use the loan to buy weaves which I commonly use in braiding. My salon will get a higher profit return as by buying the weaves in bulk I will be able to save more cost as well as time. Thank you once again.

kindly advice on the procedure to follow in order to get refund of my premium membership fee which i asked for through forum but admin advised me to use the help menu but on help there is no subject that allows me ask for the refund. kindly help. thank you

  First, please read this from the FAQs page:

  "Premium membership fees are refundable upon request up until the time you raise your next loan after purchasing premium membership. Premium membership fees are also refundable in the event that your loan application is not approved and you have not yet raised at least four times the value of your membership fee in loans. All risk payments and Members Loan Fund payments for loans applied for before December 17, 2018 are refundable upon request at any time you do not have an outstanding loan or fundraising loan application. If you choose to receive a refund for these payments, your credit limit for future loans will be reduced commensurate with the amount you are withdrawing from the Members Loan Fund for your refund. Risk payments for loans applied for on or after December 17, 2018 are not refundable."
  
  If you qualify, there should be a subject option available for you at the HELP link in your account to request the refund.
  
  If there should be, but there isn't, then please post in the
  "Borrower Questions" section of the Forum (www.zidisha.org/forums/1) to let the Director know that you need her to provide you with that subject option at the HELP link in your account, so that you would be able to create a support-ticket message to her privately, from there, to request a refund.

      Hello,
      
      I am not on the Staff. You have to wait for a response from the Staff, a/k/a the Team (whom you can see here: www.zidisha.org/team).
      
      Please be patient, as there currently are only two (2) people on the Staff, while there are over 365,000 Zidisha members (borrowers and lenders), each of whom has a HELP link in their account, too.
      
      Nobody has the power to help you with this, other than the Staff. Therefore, patience is required.

thank you lenders for your continuous support. i used my previous loan to buy hair food which has greatly helped me in my business as i could was my customers hair with the right shampoo of their choice and do for them blow dry with the best hair food in the market, my business has continuously grown as i have made a step to acomplish my customers wants

thank you my lenders for your previous support to uplift my business by granting me a loan. i used the loan you gave me to buy hair washing shampoo which has greatly helped me since most of my customers does not prefer being washed with ordinary soap,atleast i did made to increase clients attending my salon stall. thank you very much
